EXHIBIT RENTAL TERMS, LOGISTICS & SERVICES
Display America's rental program is designed to suit your budget and timeline. That’s why we offer a multitude of solutions, both customized and out-of-the-box to best align to your specific needs. Detailed here is information on how the exhibit rental program works.
RENTAL AND PURCHASED ITEMS
All rented structures remain the property of the manufacturer. Display graphics are purchased and remain the property of the purchaser. The renter does not need to return purchased items. Renter agrees to use care in use and handling of the rented items and return rental items in good condition. Damages to the rented structures will be documented, and an explanation of damages will be communicated within 14 days of the rental return. The cost of repairing/replacing rented items will be billed separately.
Standard rental period is 30 days unless an extension is mutually agreed upon. The 30 day period begins at the time of order shipment and rental item availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed. All structures and shipping containers are due back, freight pre-paid, by the last day of the rental period.
Rental items not returned within 30 days will be subject to a daily late charge.
Costs for outbound shipments, parcel or freight, are inclusive on the initial order and invoice. All return shipments must be prepaid by the renter. All rental structures returned collect will be billed at cost plus 20%.
Rental structures returned with client owned items will be charged a fee based on actual time and material cost for packaging and sorting client owned items for return. Graphics removal will be billed at a flat hourly fee. Clients will have the option of storing the items at our facility for a monthly charge or can request the items be shipped to the distributor/client. Pick up for these items must be arranged within 30 days of receipt or the returned items will be considered abandoned and disposed of. In these instances the manufacturer is not responsible for the replacement of any disposed goods.
An option to purchase the rental exhibit is available as is a promotion to purchase a new exhibit based off of a rented booth. For additional information on the purchase of a rental exhibit, please contact your sales representative.
STORAGE & SERVICES
We also offer a variety of service capabilities and storage options from Atlanta, Orlando and Las Vegas and have dedicated service and support teams for customers who would like their exhibit material inspected, prepared and/or stored in between shows and events.
